A water chiller is an insulated tank in which water is cooled down and maintained at ideal temperature intended for dough mixing thanks to a powerful generator. Our water chillers are manufactured with expanded polyurethane foam for total insulation of water. A thermostat allows you to control water temperature.
We have designed several models of water chillers in line with the specific needs of our customers. Each model is adaptable according to power level and flow output for temperatures from +20°C to +1°C (+68°F to +33,8°F) per hour. Several types of containers are available to match your existing material, like our horizontal water chillers in 50L, 140L or 360L.
We also provide vertical water chillers if you wish to optimize your workspace. They are available in 50L and 90L capacities. The vertical water chillers are delivered with fastening plates for wall mounting, in order to liberate floor space.
