The pastry oven series are a range of electric ventilated ovens that are robust and easy to use, without steam for Viennese pastry and pastries and with steam for breads and baguettes baking. Panimatic pastry ovens are designed in stainless steel and are adapted for your existing baking materials, trays or filets (baguettes baking trays).
We propose a range of electric ventilated ovens with 4, 6 or 9 levels. They are available in several baking tray dimensions: 460x660, 400x600, 400x800 and 460x800.
