Bakery moulder

A moulder is a baker's precious asset to save time on the baguettes and 100g to 2kg breads. Depending on the production pace of the bakery, opt for the 600mm depth moulder shaping about 1800 baguettes an hour or the 730mm depth moulder shaping about 2000 baguettes an hour. The adjustment bolts allow you to precisely control the length and the appropriated pressure applied onto your products for optimal results.
